2、我司将提供评价工作中全部所需的资料给有关的评价人员审查，所提供的有关评价所需资料的真实性、合法性、有效性、完整性均由我公司负责。

3、无违法、违纪、舞弊现象。

4、无蓄意歪曲或虚、虚报评价项目内容的情况。

5、无重大安全隐患。

6、无重大的不确定事项。
