　　题目：关于柴油机常见故障的分析与处理工艺及其关键技术的研究

　　摘要

　　在经济不断发展的推动下，我国机械行业在发展过程中面临着新的机会和挑战。柴油机是目前大量使用的多种动力机械中热效率特高，且特别节能的动力设备，也是机械行业中一个非常重要的机械设备，在各个行业里都被广泛应用，在一些机械和船舶修造企业中的占据着非常重要的作用。柴油机在使用的过程中，由于各种因素的干扰，柴油机在正常使用的时候会出现相关故障，这些故障会严重的影响柴油机的正常运转以及安全性、可靠性，不利于柴油机的发展。用什么好的方法来解决柴油机在运行中出现的常见故障，是柴油机在更新换代过程中必须处理的一个重要问题，对推进柴油机的更新换代也起相当着重要的作用。

　　近几年以来，随着全球经济的飞速发展，船舶等各大机械设备在市场份额中，有着相当大的比重，因此，国内外的机械设备故障诊断技术发展也相当迅速，并推动着国民生产总值的提高。

　　柴油机是机械领域重要的一部分。因为它对工作环境有特殊且复杂的要求，所以，对柴油机故障诊断的研究特别重要。柴油机这种设备能持续、高效地工作，经常要好几个小时不间断甚至更长时间的连续运转，并且工作环境很恶劣，因此，在正常使用的柴油机也会经常出现各种各样的故障，而其发生故障的原因也非常复杂。
